■ How our Company was Formed

Lawn Equipment Enterprises (L.E.E.) was founded in 1984 by David J. Lee after he read an article featuring the Walker Mower.

He purchased two Walkers and began demonstrating them himself. It soon became apparent that a dealer network was needed to keep up with the growing territory and demand by landscapers for the Walker products.

Lawn Equipment Enterprises became the second largest distributor of Walker Mowers worldwide.

Walker Talk Magazine: Published two times a year, Walker Talk Magazine has become the most trusted company sponsored publication in the power equipment industry. Featuring real users, telling real stories, and informative editorials, Walker Talk stands alone as a viable resource for professional operators and homeowners.

■ Our Purpose is Simple

Lawn Equipment Enterprises, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of outdoor power equipment located in the southeastern United States.
We establish relationships with selected manufacturers to buy equipment and parts from them and we then distribute and support those lines of equipment through a network of independent dealers with whom we have established long-term business relationships in our assigned territory.

We are a selling organization. Our efforts are structured to pull equipment sales through the dealers to the consumer by sales promotions and sales efforts designed to enhance retail sales. We understand the concept that if our dealer retails a unit, then we get to sell a unit to replace it. Thus we strive to increase retail sales for our dealers knowing that it increases our own sales. We do not force equipment on our dealers by using aggressive pricing or demanding programs. This allows us to maintain a direct connection to the market and to control our own destiny.

We warehouse new equipment and replacement parts. We solicit sales orders and deliver our own goods. We process warranty claims, establish retail financing plans, promote equipment brands throughout our territory by advertising and demonstrating, working trade shows, and sending the consumer to our dealer network.

We offer sales training and technical support to our dealers. We help them with branding, merchandising, and advertising. We work with our dealer network to solicit inquiries, develop sales leads, process orders, deliver units, and we support the dealers after they have made the sale to the end user.

Our goal is to deliver 100% satisfaction to all of our business partners, including our suppliers, vendors, dealers, and customers, as well as our support services and our employees. We strive to be a good company with which to do business.
